New main shirt sponsor for Devon teams

DEVON RFU have a new main shirt sponsor for their county teams.

Exmouth-based glass and window centre MPS will have their company name on the front of all Devon playing tops for the next two seasons.

MPS, based in Pound Lane, Exmouth, sponsor a number of local sports teams, including Cornwall/Devon League side Withycombe, and are looking forward to getting involved with Devon RFU.

Danny Sansom, sales and marketing manager at the company, said: “Alongside the great sports teams and organisations that we sponsor in our local area, it’s great to be involved with the Devon RFU and continue our support for amateur sport.”

Devon RFU president Treve Mitchell, senior men’s captain Nathan Hannay and county under-20 and under-18 coach Glenn Channing visited MPS’ headquarters to present a shirt to managing director Malcolm Sansom.

Devon president Mitchell said: “We are very grateful to Malcolm, Danny and the team at MPS Glass and Window Centre Ltd for their generous sponsorship.

“I was delighted, together with Nathan Hannay and Glenn Channing, to present a new match shirt which will be displayed in their showroom in recognition of their support.”
