Celebrate your volunteers who make rugby happen

The Honda Volunteer of the Year Awards 2023 will recognise and celebrate rugby volunteers for their achievements and efforts over the past 12 months.

No matter what their role, on or off the pitch, behind the scenes or on the committee, we want to hear about the volunteers who do a great job, day in, day out.

There are so many outstanding volunteers who have really made a difference over the last year and the Honda Volunteer of the Year Awards provide a fantastic opportunity to recognise this and say thank you.

This year’s awards include three categories, with the opportunity to nominate either an individual or a group of volunteers:

Game for All recognises those who have developed an inspiring offer to open the game up to new and under-represented audiences and make the game more inclusive and accessible for all.

Unsung Hero recognises those who have provided positive experiences, enhanced member enjoyment, and ensured their club or referee society is fit for the future.

Challenging Spirit recognises those who have implemented innovative ideas to help re-build after the pandemic; engaging and retaining players and increasing the number of games played.

Get involved today and say thank you to a volunteer, or a group of volunteers, who have gone above and beyond in the last year.

Nominations close at 17:00 on Friday 24 February
