Young people are the future of our game, and this is your opportunity to help shape it.
The RFU National Youth Council is now open for applications, with a deadline of Wednesday 8th April. This is a fantastic chance for young rugby enthusiasts to represent their peers, influence decision-making, and play an active role in the development of the game across England.
The Youth Council brings together a diverse group of individuals aged 18–24 from across the country, all passionate about rugby and committed to making a positive impact. Members work closely with the RFU to provide insight, share ideas, and ensure that the voices of young people are heard at every level of the game.
Whether your interests lie in growing participation, improving inclusivity, enhancing player experience, or shaping the future of competitions, this is your platform to contribute. It is also an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills, gain experience in leadership and governance, and connect with like-minded individuals from across the rugby community.
We strongly encourage anyone within the eligible age group who has a passion for rugby and a desire to make a difference to apply.
