Director of Representative Rugby

Can you inspire the next generation of Devon rugby players?

Devon RFU is seeking a passionate, forward-thinking volunteer for the influential role of Director of Representative Rugby.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction of county representative rugby.

  • Oversee all levels, from Senior Men's and Women's teams to developing representative pathways.

  • Shape the future of Devon Rugby by creating inspiring experiences for players, coaches, and volunteers.

Age-Grade Competition Coordinators (U14–Colts)

Devon RFU is looking for enthusiastic and organised volunteers to become Age-Grade Competition Coordinators for our U14 to Colts competitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering positive rugby experiences for hundreds of young players across Devon while helping clubs provide enjoyable, well-organised and competitive rugby opportunities.

Development Team

Devon RFU are looking for volunteers who can help us grow rugby in the county. These vacancies are within our Development Team and cover our support to clubs, schools, colleges and universities.

We are also looking for people to help develop coaches and recruit & recognise volunteers in the game.
